Anything Goes – America in the 1920s
June 4-8 - OSU Tulsa Campus - 700 North Greenwood Ave. Room 150
Oklahoma Chautauqua will begin in Altus, May 28-June 1; Tulsa, June 4-8; Enid, June 11-15; and our finale in Lawton, June 18-22.
Oklahoma Chautauqua is historical tourism at its finest. It’s your chance to time travel to another era and meet some of history’s most illustrious characters. The program is free to the public and is held each June in Tulsa on the campus of OSU-Tulsa and in up to four additional Oklahoma communities. Historical enactments include a monologue “in character” and an opportunity to pose questions to both the visiting luminary and the scholar/presenter. Daytime workshops and lectures give further glimpses of the social, cultural, and political nuances of the era.
